St Marychurch Conservative E remain in third after continuing their run of good form. The Torquay side beat 10th placed Teignmouth Royal British Legion A 4-2, thanks to breaks of 37 and 27 from Lee James in the final frame.
Also consolidating their position were Upton Social A, coming from behind to earn a 3-3 draw against bottom side Preston Cue G who continue to search for their first win of the season.
