RICHARD CUMING, former politician and a tourism leader in South Devon, runs the year-round attraction Bygones in Torquay.

As organisations in the UK prepare to mark the 100th anniversary of the outbreak of the Great War later this year, the museum prepares to mark the centenary with expanded displays.

Items will be added throughout the year, including a new Royal Naval Division section.

And, after water and storm damage, it now also has a brand new World War Two display area.

Outside of work, Richard (pictured) has been involved with politics, at a local and national level, and is chairman of the English Riviera Attractions (Partnership) ERA.
