A MASQUERADE ball has marked the two-year anniversary of Hele's Angels.

Guests donned posh frocks, dinner jackets and masks for the fundraising event held at the Grosvenor Hotel, Torquay.

Chris Forster, Hele's Angels manager, said: "More than 100 people came to support the event and we managed to raise more than £700 from the raffle and auctions.

"We would just like to say a huge thank you to the Grosvenor and the Grand Hotel's team who helped make this event enjoyable for all."

Hele's Angels supports the community in Hele and Lower Barton.

Among the prizes on offer were donations of a two-night stay at the Grand Hotel and a Torquay United Shirt.
