NIC Bowles scored a hat-trick and Helen Symons went one better with four as KS Cougars thumped Exe 3rd XI 11-0 in Petroc One.

A solid start saw KS Cougars 3-0 up at half time before they turned on the gas in the second half.

Vice-captain Chloe Harvey (2) and Emily Read and Sarah Budgen claimed the remaining goals.

Symons and Read shared the Woman of the Match award for two outstanding performances in a game where every player on the pitch delivered.

Cougars showed the strength of their formation, the pace of their passing play and the continual development on pitch from hard work in training.

Dart 1st XI beat Honiton Hornets 3-0.

Honiton were bottom-of-table opponents but Dart didn't want to appear complacent and took the game to them from the off, forcing several unconverted short-corners .

A Goal eventually came from open play when Wakeham picked up a rebound.

The second came from a goal mouth scramble with Chugg pushing the ball home.

The third goal came when Maddy Pooley ran past two defenders then calmly slotted the ball past the stranded keeper.

Honiton got a consolation goal at the end.

Dart 3rd XI were unlucky to lose 2-3 away at Sidmouth & Ottery.

ASHMOOR Ladies plough on at the top of Petroc Two where they are seven points clear after defeating Sidmouth & Ottery 7-1.

Goal scorers were Fiona German (2), player of the match Beth Reade (2), Jess Kohler, Swanni Reifarth, and Bitsy Morgan.

DART Ladies 2nd XI followed their 3-0 win over Sidmouth & Ottery with a 1-0 win over Okehampton in Petroc Two.

Dart were in confident mood after their previous win, but despite several short-corner chances didn't get ahead until the second half.

The only goal came soon after the break when Libby Miller laid the ball off perfectly to Hannah Souch who drove down the left, drew the keeper then passed across the D to Eliza Boyacigiller for her first goal this term.

This was a good result for the Dart girls, leaving them fourth in the table.

JACKIE Brooks scored the only goal Teign Ladies 1st XI netted in a 2-1 defeat at Bristol University in Premier 2B.
