THE cruise ship Artania was an early morning visitor to Tor Bay today.
The ship arrived in the bay around 7am to put passengers ashore to enjoy the attractions of South Devon.
Torbay is seeing a record number of six cruise ship visits during 2013 with three calling this week.
Regular visitors the Artania and Delphin arrive on Tuesday and Wednesday. There is a first time visit for the Thomson Spirit on Friday.
It is estimated that there will be nearly 4,000 passengers aboard the four ships bringing a welcome boost to local tourism with many passengers enjoying free time to explore the resort.
