WHY not cook up a scrummy tea time treat?

2tbs extra-virgin olive oil

1lb lean minced beef

1 can whole peeled tomatoes

4 carrots, scrubbed and clean

1 small onion, diced

1 garlic clove, crushed

1 cup chicken stock

3ozs fresh spinach leaves, chopped

One pack of lasagne sheets

YOUR grown-up will need to pre-heat the oven to 180.

Ask your grown-up helper to gently fry your beef and cook it, breaking it up with a wooden spatula.

You can mix the tomatoes, chopped carrots, onions and garlic in a large bowl.

Now simply add the tomato mixture, stock, and spinach and combine thoroughly.

Place half of the mixture in an ovenproof dish and cover with lasagne sheets.

Now repeat the process and you should now have two layers.

Cover with grated cheese and ask your grown-up to place it in the oven for approximately 30 to 40 minutes.

Yummy, easy-peasy, delicious lasagne for tea, pups.
