JAMIE Catto, one of the founding members of dance music super-group Faithless, brings his insight and expertise back to Devon to deliver a new weekend workshop.
On Saturday and Sunday Jamie will run a creative masterclass called Transforming Shadows in Totnes, helping people to 'identify their inner demons and blocks, and move forwards transforming destructive habits and beliefs into well-harnessed and re-directed action'.
Charging for his weekend courses is based mainly on donations and geared towards what the individual can afford.
This two-day workshop will take place at Chapel House Studios in Station Road.
Jamie said: "I love Totnes and Totnes loves me.
"It's another one of my creative hubs for my friends and family. I'm very excited to be teaching again for a weekend. Of course what I'm really interested in is helping individuals transform through that journey from the shut-down part of ourselves towards the whole. This weekend is all about that, returning to the confident self."
