KINGSTEIGNTON is a thriving suburb of the market town of Newton Abbot which has grown dramatically over recent years.

Formerly a village now a town in its own right Kingsteignton has become more and more popular for a number of different reasons.

Its location makes it very popular with commuters to the City of Exeter with the Devon Expressway only minutes away.

For families, Kingsteignton is ideal having very highly regarded primary and secondary schools all within walking distance, along with great shopping facilities close by including supermarkets and retail shops.

Kingsteignton has a raft of activities close at hand with Kingsteignton AFC, Newton Abbot All White's rugby and local swimming baths all within walking distance.

Parts of Kingsteignton are particularly popular with the retired community because of its level position giving easy access to local doctor's surgery, shopping facilities and having good local bus routes nearby.

Many buyers when asked what they love about Kingsteignton comment "living here gives us a gateway to what Devon has to offer, the beautiful Dartmoor National Park and the beaches of Torbay both only being a 15 minute drive away with the modern facilities of two popular city's Exeter and Plymouth also relatively close by"

To summarise Kingsteignton has everything for all ages, located in a convenient location with a varied group of facilities close at hand and a mix of different style and size properties to choose from.
