THE inquest into the death of Torquay barman Andrew Crowe who was discovered at the foot of a multi-storey car park has been opened.
Torbay and South Devon coroner Ian Arrow heard that Andrew Crowe, 27, from Hoxton Road, Torquay was found on August 30 below the bridge that leads to the multi-story car park in Abbey Road.
He had suffered a severe head injury.
Andrew was born in Worcester on October 6, 1985.
Andrew's father Paul Crowe, a bookeeper from Torquay, identified the body.
A full hearing was adjourned to a later date.
