THE inquest into the death of Torquay barman Andrew Crowe (pictured), whose body was discovered at the foot of a multi-storey car park, has been opened.
Torbay and South Devon coroner Ian Arrow heard Mr Crowe, 27, from Hoxton Road, Torquay, was found on August 30 below the bridge which leads to the multi-story car park in Abbey Road. He had suffered a severe head injury.
He was born in Worcester on October 6, 1985. His father, Paul Crowe, a bookkeeper from Torquay, identified the body.
A full hearing was adjourned to a later date.
