HI there, Odie the working cocker here. I wanted to tell you about a place one of my brothers loves. Goodrington beach is Bruno's favourite place.

Bruno the black Lab doesn't get excited about much, he likes to plod, plod, plod, occasionally getting excited for a minute, then back to plod...

But when we go to Goodrington beach he goes mad, runs around like a bucking mule, eats crabs and seaweed and runs through the water at full pelt.

Our humans just look on amused and unsure what to do with him. He is great!

Quirky and Kissy usually try to catch him as he runs around with seaweed sticking out of his mouth.

Us dogs love it and it is great fun for the humans, too.

Goodrington is such a lovely beach and allows us dogs and humans on North Sands all year round.

It is a great place to meet other like-minded human owners.

It can get very busy as it is human and dog friendly but great for socialising the humans.

I usually leave the humans to mingle and wet my paws in the lovely water, while trying to catch a wave.

Plenty of rock pools to keep your human amused and stimulated as well, while lovely clear, clean sand all year round keeps us all entertained.

All in all, it is a great afternoon or morning walk.

If it becomes too hot for your humans, there is always a lovely pub called Inn on The Quay where you could take them for a well-earned drink, while sitting in the beer garden.

Goodrington beach is situated just on the outskirts of Paignton.

Woof, woof!
