NEWTON Abbot based park home and holiday lodge manufacturer Pathfinder Homes has come back from The Caravan Extravaganza in Hull with a stocked order book.
It received over 220 enquiries at the week-long show, bringing in over 50 orders. And the leads attained have the potential to bring in £5million of business.
Oscar Absalom, marketing and sales executive, said: "Partnerships with The Dream Lodge Group and Darwin Holiday & Leisure Parks were deepened by working together to promote both homes and parks to provide comprehensive information making it easy for customers to attain what they are looking for."
Oscar added: "The increased confidence in the housing market has resulted in better quality leads.
This means people are more serious about buying and selling houses and the park home and holiday lodge industry receives a boost in interest.
"It is a sensible solution to downsizing and extracting cash from houses but also to make money from through the buy-to-rent markets."
Pathfinder Homes is taking this positive success on to its next show, the Motorhome & Caravan Show at the NEC in Birmingham from October 15 to 20.
