TREAT your special someone to the best view in the Bay this Valentine's Day.
Our Room with a View, at Living Coasts, is well-named, with sweeping vistas of the Bay. At night it's a panorama of twinkling lights.
The evening's menu can be downloaded from the web site, but delicacies on offer include salmon, chicken in a white wine and apricot sauce and champagne and strawberries to share.
All of the food is locally sourced and palm oil free.
Torquay's coastal zoo and aquarium is marking its tenth birthday this year. The programme of events starts with an Art & Wildlife Weekend from March 1 to 3.
There will be an evening talk from Dr Peter Smithers called 'From Darwin to Dali' on March 1, with the Monty Halls Roadshow on Saturday, March 2.
There's a free art exhibition throughout the weekend, with painting, photography and sculpture from local wildlife artists.
To book for Valentine's evening, telephone 01803 202499. Three courses are just £19.95.
