BRIXHAM-based Blue Chip Holidays, has been shortlisted by the British Travel Awards (BTAs) in two of its most prestigious categories.
It has been nominated for both the Best UK Cottage/Self Catering Booking Company and Best Holiday Company for Customer Service 2013 in what is the largest publically-nominated travel awards of its kind in the UK. Over 100,000 people are expected to vote in the awards.
Commenting on the news, Alan Taylor, managing director of Blue Chip Holidays said: "To be shortlisted in two categories is a fantastic achievement. The entire team has worked tirelessly to give our customers a level of service that year in, year out, results in thousands of truly memorable holidays.

In 2012, over one million votes were cast with the voting process and results scrutinised and audited by independent auditors Deloitte LLP. The winners of the 2013 British Travel Awards will be announced at a glittering ceremony on October 31 at the Battersea Evolution in Battersea Park, London.
Blue Chip Holidays has over 850 four and five-star self-catering properties across the South West and Isle of Wight.
