Open as a café for one-and-a-half years, owner Julie Parnell has now expanded to become an evening bistro for special occasions and functions.
Her philosophy to excellence is a formula of great food, great service and a great atmosphere.
It may be a relatively new business but has continually evolved to tailor to customers' tastes and demands.
Julie is always looking for ways to improve techniques and presentation of the dishes to make sure her food stands out from competitors.
Julie said: "I am really thrilled to win. I think our secret is having passion and having staff that share the same passion as myself. We want to deliver high quality food, locally sourced and give an experience that everybody wants to repeat.
"The business has been open 18 months and is going really well. We have lots of lovely regulars and good relationships with the local hotels and B&Bs."
