THE unsung heroes of Torbay will be in the sights of the council’s new chairman Jane Barnby over the next year.

The Goodrington with Roselands Conservative councillor has taken over the top role from Ellacombe UKIP councillor Julien Parrott.

Her vice-chairman is St Marychurch Tory councillor Ray Hill.
