TORQUAY United player Eunan O'Kane's move to Crawley Town is off.

The Irish midfielder announced the news on Twitter this afternoon.

He wrote: "Just to let you all know I have turned down the chance to move to Crawley!"

The news was immediately welcomed by Torquay United fans online.

O'Kane had been talking to League One Crawley for some time, but it is understood that the talks broke down over personal terms.
