"BIG family town houses with their own parking can be hard to come by in the centre of Totnes" says Luscombe Maye's Piers Whiting, "but we have one for sale at a sensible price just around the corner from the top of the High Street".

Number 5, North Castle Mews is a three-storey modern Victorian style house with its own undercover parking and with far reaching views towards Dartmoor across countryside to the north of the town.

It's a big house with gas central heating, double glazed sash windows, good fittings and spacious and well-proportioned rooms with panelled oak doors and polished oak floors.

The accommodation is on four floors and includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a converted attic room. There is a covered courtyard entrance at the front with parking for two cars and an enclosed private courtyard garden on the south side at the back.

Luscombe Maye (01803 869920) is quoting an asking price of £355,000.
