MADE in Chelsea star Georgia Toffolo may be living the high-life in fancy London Town, but still her heart belongs to home town of Torquay.
The 21-year-old, who is currently filming the 11th series of the hit E4 show, was back in the Bay last weekend when she was a bridesmaid at her friend's wedding at the Buckland Tout-Saints Hotel, and stayed at the Orestone Manor.
Georgia had to return to London the following day to resume filming, but speaking exclusively to the Herald Express, she said: "Whenever I manage to get a few days off, I love to come back to Torquay. I love it so much and come back whenever I get the chance to do so."
She added: "It was fantastic to be back in Devon and it was such a shame that I had to go back to London on the Sunday to continue filming, but I do love being a part of the show.
"Torquay is wonderful and lovely and I want to go home every weekend."
The former Torquay Girls' Grammar School student had more of a featured role in the last series of Made in Chelsea, and she has left her fans delighted after revealing that she will continue to have a prominent role in series 11.
She said: "It took me a while to get used to sharing all of my life on screen, but I am starting to get to that now. It can be hard to do so because everything that you see on TV is real – it is what our lives are all about.
"I have recently moved into a house with some of the girls from the show. I am living with Jess, Nicola and Millie and it is a really fun house. Together we are just having the best time. With us living together as a group, it changes the game, and means that this series really will be great."
Georgia had initially moved to London to study politics at the University of Westminster and being a TV star was not what she had planned to do.
But she said: "I am still enjoying being a part of the show and I love it so much. It was not what I planned to do with my life at all, but things can change.
"At the moment I am having the best time on the show and now I am living with a young group of girls and having so much fun all the time. I am just want to see where being on the show leads to and just make the most and the best of it."
The last series of the show saw Georgia develop a crush on entrepreneur and inventor Richard Dinan, and she set tounges wagging after she put on a picture on Instagram of the two of them sharing a meal on Valentine's Day. However, she said that you will have to watch the show to find out whether anything is happening between them.
Georgia hit the headlines in January 2015 when she threw the 'Party of the Year' for her mum Nicola's 50th birthday party, and Georgia said that it was something that she was asked about by Radio 1 when she last went to be interviewed by them, and still is what comes up when she Google's herself.
Georgia joined the show in 2014 and said that filming has been virtually non-stop. She said: "I had two weeks off over Christmas, but that has been about it in terms of time off from filming. It is non-stop and really hard work. But, when I manage to get a few days off, I love to come back to Torquay. I love it so much and come back to the area whenever I get the chance to do so."
The 11th series of Made in Chelsea returns to E4 soon.
