“Businesses in the South Hams can tap into subsidised support for their business, but they need to act quickly. The subsidised workshops on helpful business topics and practical one-to-one advice sessions finish at the end of this September.
If businesses have under 250 employees and are within rural South Devon (the area between Torbay and Plymouth) they can access this professional support. It is easy to book and you can find out more by contacting BIP on 0330 1000338 (free from mobiles & landlines), Email: email@example.com or Web: http://tinyurl.com/486pk54
Workshops are held in Kingsbridge and are designed to provide quick, practical help. They are only £20 per person each and include:
•Selling for Complimentary Therapists (5th September)
•Financial Planning for Profit (11th September)
•New Ways of Finding Funding for Your Business (19th September)
•Technology Made easy (24th September)
One-to-one sessions with a qualified Business Advisor are also available until the end of September and can be booked by contacting BIP - a local Enterprise Agency - and these are only £20 as well.
“We are really keen at BIP to make sure as many local businesses in the South Hams are made aware of the help and support that is out there for them. This series of workshops and one-to-one support is designed to benefit business of any size up to a maximum of 250 employees.” said Petra Davies, Business Advisor at BIP.
This service is being provided by BIP as part of the Business Improvement Project. The project has been part funded by the South Hams Local Action Group. These European funds are managed by Defra and distributed locally by South Devon.
